Hello,
A friend of mine at work (Theresa) has bad asthma, but only when she is around Chemicals such as at a Hair or Nail Salon. The smell of the fertilizer does this as well.
Is their a specific name for this Asthma?

I have not heard of a specific name for this kind of Asthma. I have talked to my doctor about it b/c I have the same problem with some chemicals especially strong cleaning products such as bleach and comet and nail salons are bad to, but he did not call it anything special. He did say that chemicals can aggervate asthma.

Theresa should see her doctor.
