I have suffered with chronic sinusitis my entire life. I'm trying Sinu Orega sinus spray from North American Herb And Spice, has anyone tried and had success with this all natural product? I tried their oil of oregano drops with water before and it really cleared out my sinuses but made my sensitive tummy burn as it was too strong for my stomach so had to stop taking it. Thank you in advance.

Calumet,

I would like to welcome you to HealingWell.  I have no experience at all in dealing with the all natural remedies.  Razzle, one of our members, may come along soon.  She seems to be a great resource on all natural remedies.

Sorry I could not be of more help.  Hopefully, one of the other members will be able to help you.

We are glad to have you aboard!

Haven't heard of this product. To take oregano oil internally requires that a substantial meal be in the stomach first to prevent the burning you describe, or it can be taken with milk (my understanding; I haven't taken oregano oil internally exept with food and did ok with it). Did you try putting the oregano oil in a saline nasal wash (netti pot or nasal spray bottle) and using it that way instead?

Good luck,

Sinu Orega is a new product for the sinuses.

I took oil of oregano with big meals and milk and it still upset my tummy. Would not recommend trying it up the nose...they have the Sinu Orega out now so i shall try that.
