I have had head cold, no insurance to go to doctors, maybe someone can help??? My head throbs, I can’t hear on my right side, but no ear ache, never had one. I’m 47, plugged nose, any suggestions.

Welcome to HealingWell. Have you tried an over the counter decongestant? In my opinion and I'm just a volunteer, you need to be seen by a doctor. Is there a health department near where you live or a free clinic? Most cities these days have at least one clinic that will charge you based on what you make.
I hope you try to find one of these.
Take care and let us know what you find out.

You really should consult a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. Sudden deafness in one ear is nothing to play around with. "Minute Clinics" usually are less expensive than regular doctors' offices and may be found in stores such as Walmart, Target, etc. in some
locations in the US. Good luck,
