Could be lots of things. Could be the copper sulfate sprayed on the wine crops clogging up histamine processing in your metabolic pathways [easy fix ~ take a daily multivitamin/mineral supplement, plus a little extra zinc and Vitamin B12]. Could just be a simple change in the types of allergens you're exposed to. Many with allergies find they do better closer to the ocean, but not everyone (I don't ~ the humidity plugs up my nose almost as fast as dust).
If you get hives from bee pollen, you may be allergic to bee stings too, so be careful. Yes, there could be other pollens in the bee pollen besides just from flowers...pollens from trees/grass can float through the air and land on the flower, and then get picked up by the bee when the bee goes to get the pollen from the flower.
Allergy tests can be very inaccurate. You might want to find an allergist where you have moved to who can help you figure out why you're having more trouble with your allergies.
