Painless tongue ulcer,its been over a month...

i have a painless small redcoloured ulcer on the left of my tongue,i have depression and anxiety and im on antidepressants,i showed it to 2 ents,they said it was nothing,my dentist and oral surgeon said its probably because of my anxiety and it wud heal

itself,they said there is nothing cancerous abt it,im 20,male...its been over a month it hasnt grown or shrunk,and its painless,why isnt it going away,because i have clinical depression and anxiety is it possible it wud never go away...i have been on

Antibiotics on and off for a month 2,can this also be a reason

If 2 ENT's said it was nothing then I would go with their opinion considering it's part of their specialty. If you are really worried about it, you can see if they will do a biopsy just to ease your fears.
