An Allergist may or may not be able to help you, but if you are truely chemically sensitive there are supplements that can reduce sensitivity and you'd need to work with a Naturopathic Physician or Integrative Medicine doctor to figure out what you specifically need. Some deficiencies can affect the body's ability to detoxify chemical substances (such as perfumes, alcohols, etc.) and thus can lead to sensitivities to these chemicals. Good luck,
