Anti-Candida Diet for Chronic Hives

I'm still battling these hives. *sigh*


I've been researching Candida and Hives and I'm about to start the diet/supplements. Has anyone else been on the Candida diet for their hives?

Did it work? How long did it take before you noticed an improvement?

Or have you tried it and it didn't make any difference?

My diet will consist of brown rice, meat, chicken and vegetables. Fruit is off the menu for a few weeks.

Sweety hives can be from anythign, including a rare disease called Chronic Hives. Its an autoimmune issue. If you think it is your diet, eliminite one thing at a time that you eat commonly or drink. Say you drink apple juice a lot. Take away the apple juice for a few weeks see if the hives clear up. After a few weeks, try the apple juice again and see if your hives (if there) get worse or return of hives. Keep a diary of everyting you eat an drink. Go to an allergest to see if its environmental.

Hi there,

I suffered from chronic hives for over 3 months (which I know isn't that long compared to some people, but it felt like years) and YES I cured (or at least very successfully treated) them and they went away. YES I went on the Candida diet, but that is just one step...you have to be on supplements too. Please contact me there with any questions. Your hives ARE probably caused by Candida...it takes a lot of work to get rid of them, but they SHOULD go away
