I'm sorry to hear that you've been diagnosed with asthma. I know it can be a difficult thing to deal with not to mention life threatening. I know you are researching asthma and wanting to help others in the same boat as you. I have but a few requests for you. I am not sure if you've ever been on an online support forum before so I am going to just give you a few tips on the proper etiquette of Healingwell.
*In the forum rules it states to not create duplicate posts. I've had to edit/delete a few of your duplicate posts already.
*The weblinks you are providing are rather long and it makes the posts all "wonky" therefore making them hard to read. So you have two options: You can give a summary of the article, but do not copy and paste any material from another website as this is in violation of the copyright law. You can also change the link into one or two words by doing the following:
Create a new topic OR hit Post reply (not quick reply) then put in the tag word, highlight the tag word by holding down the left mouse button and dragging it across the tag word, then click on the icon that looks like the world with a chain, copy and paste the weblink into the pop up box, then hit ok. That highlighted tag word is now a link to the helpful website you are trying to get others to see. It sounds a bit difficult but really it's not once you can understand how it works.
Thank you and we look forward to learning more from your insights.
