Under eye red and raised

6 months ago i had what i believed to be a spot under my left eye but it turned out to be something else. i have seen a dermo but she just said to moisturise it and dont reli no wot it is. Its red and slightly rasied from the corner of my eye curving around (where dark circles usually are) its not the small white lumps that im worried about its the fact it seems more like a scar and is still raised, any ideas on treatments? pic below

You have already asked this question. You mentioned that it was a blocked gland right? This still hasn't resolved?

Do moist heat compressess help and is it in the eye? If it's in the eye, then go to an eye doctor as soon as possible...
