I just heard that the FDA which originally gave approval to Xolair or Omalizumab started another investigation on the Xolair injections, July 16, 2009, which will not finish until the year 2012. It began because people on the injections,  began having irregular heartbeats, strokes, heart attacks. This besides the Churg-strauss syndrome, the 20 percent upper respiratory infections, the 23 percent viral infections, and the increased risk of cancer. Plus of course the risk of Anaphylactic shock. And the Lichen Planus which can appear in the mouth and on other body parts.
Is anyone besides me beginning to think that this drug has too many side effects, that out weigh the benefits.
thank You for your opinions.
