anyone ever get a stabbing headache that just throbs off and off all day - is intense short stabs!  weird and anxiety causing.  is this allergy related?  anyone experience?  i got it over my occipital bone to the right of the back of my head.

I get those right through my temples. The eyes start to throb. I have commented this in a couple of other forums, but the "ricebag" heated up and laid across my eyes and hanging down over the temples helps so much. It also gets rid of the light if that causes more pain.

Yes, I get that but, at least for me, mine is muscle and nerve related since I have bulging discs in my neck. I call them brain twitches LOL but they are very sharp and painful sometimes. When my neck muscles don't hurt, this never happens but when my neck is hurting I get the "twitches".
