After playing water polo for 10 years year round this last year what I thought was eggzama started forming around my eyes but it would dry out and peel. This has progressively gotten worse to the point where my eyes will swell up so much that I cannot see out of them. I don't know what to do but my team needs me and I need my eyes. any ideas?! please help!

Unfortunately it sounds like you may have an allergic reaction to the chlorine found in most pools. This is pretty common actually. If I had to choose between my eyes or a sport, you bet I would choose my eyes smile I'm sort of wondering aloud here but I wonder if putting vaseline around your eyes if that would prevent the water from irritating the skin. Or what about goggles, do you wear goggles?

I tried Vaseline and I tried getting bigger goggles that cover more of the area around my eyes and I still reacted just a little bit less.
