Okay, here's several things to do:
1. clean your bedroom to the max. Move items and sweep, dust, vaccumn, wipe down.
2. Cover your bed with an allergy proof mattress cover, pillow too.
3. Wash your bedding with scalding hot water
4. Get an hepa filter for your bedroom
5. make your bedroom a no pet zone, close it off at all times
6. See an allergist

Best of luck

It might help to take a decongestent too. Clariten D 24 hours is a good place to start. But it has to be taken in the morning because it revs up the heart which in turn can make sleeping difficult if taken at night. However, before you start on any allergy meds it's best to be seen by a doctor. If it was just a runny nose, taking a decongestent should be fine but it may aggravate a bloody nose. Allergies are miserable and you are definately not alone!
