Hi, I was reading about the use of Bee Pollen for seasonal allergies, but they didn't mention the dosage.  I was wondering if anyone has tried this and what dose, brand, etc did you try.  Also, what was your experience with it good or bad.
Thanks, KO

Actually, fresh local honey, when you can find it is very good for allergies...
they say a teaspoon a day of honey, but it has to be from your local hives close to you...
That is supposed to be true...I'd say if it can help, try it if your not allergic to bee's or Honey.
