How are you handling the weather?  I know it's been hot and steamy all over so how is your asthma holding up?  What about your allergies?

My allergies are running at full hilt but it seems to be a bit better then when the season first started.  NOW!  If I could only get my nose to stop running!  shocked

We're in the process of renovations. We've got 100 yrs old dust flying around. I've been sneezing black dust like crazy. I found out my house has no sub-floor! No wonder the floors are cold in the winter. We're putting down tar paper, another layer of plywood, and laminate flooring. At least we're getting rid of the dust collecting carpet.
I'm staying indoor during the hottest days.

Try Respa AR for the runny nose.  It's made by Respa Pharmaceuticals and at a great price as well.  Your
allergist or ENT can give you a starter pack to try.

Char, I noticed you have occular migranes. My mother suffered from them until she had her cataracts removed. Do you suffer from them, too?

cry  When will the heat wave end?  We had 88 degrees in April which is unusual here.  Some days are bearable but most are not.  Hope August will cool down.  smhair smhair

It has been incredibly hot here which is unusual for MI. I managed to dodge this past weekend because I went away for a girls weekend getaway, but I guess downstate we had 91 degree temps with high humidity. High heat doesn't bother me but the high humidity is a killer!
