I was referred to an allergist by my GP since 4 rounds of antibiotics have failed to completely clear up a sinus infection/bronchitis I've had since April.  The allergist is making me stop all antihistamines 5 days prior to appt.  I'm petrified!!!  I can't go without at least one antihist a day or breathing will be impossible.  What does everyone do to survive these 5 days prior to allergy testing?  I'm currently taking Xyzal at nite and add actifed and benadryl thru out the day
diagnosed 13 days following an MMR vaccination at the age of 44
tried Colazal, Pentasa, Immuran, Remicade, Prednisone, Cipro, Flagyl, LDN, Osiris clinical study,  accupuncture, began Cimzia 5/2009

Takes a few years to develop but eat LOCAL honey a tablespoon a day. It slowly builds your system immune to the pollens, and stuff.
