Hello all,

I have had a cold now for about a week and a half...colds and allergies make my asthma flare.  I am at a loss as to what else to do to help the feeling of my chest being used as a trampoline.  I have used my albuterol inhaler, I am on Singulair nightly, and I have used my nebulizer...even tried the drink coffee for caffeine and nothing has helped any suggestions would be great

You probably should call your doc if you haven't already done so to get professional help. As you know, asthma is nothing to mess around with and we are just a support forum so we don't have the medical training to help you properly.
