Allergic to tapioca pudding

I posted the story on the GERD site, so will not repeat it here, but it is an allergy story.
 
I had a 4 hour bout of tachycardia brought on by eating homemade tapioca pudding.  The trigger was probably the pure vanilla extract, which could have been sulfited.  Had to go to the ER to get it stopped.

wow that must've been so scary and I'm very very glad your better now...
now go rest up....
There are so many things in the foods today, could've even been the milk in the pudding...
