I am really not sure what I have and neither is my doctor. I'll start from the beginning. It all started when a swollen lymph node popped up in my neck over four years ago. That gland to this day is unchanged and more of a nuisance than anything else. Its not painful but I can always feel it there. My doctor said it felt perfectly healthy and did a CT scan of it which came back normal. All blood test perfectly normal. Then I started to get this pressure around my right ear, which is the side that the lymph node is swollen on. I still have that pressure in my head. it moves from the top of my ear to right behind the ear. Once again its not painful but more of a nuisance. My primary doctor sent me to an ENT who did a CT scan of my sinuses which came back normal. The ENT thinks I have chronic allegies. I have been taking Zyrtec every morning and it doesnt really help that much.

Just recently, about 6 months ago I started getting these weird blobs in my vision. I know what floaters are but these seem different. I now have all of these random symptoms and no clue what is going on. Also a weird brain fog as of lately. I'm usually a very sharp individual but lately I just feel slow. I've got a masters degree in finance and work with numbers all day so it makes things difficult. Any information is appreciated.

Once again my symptoms

-Swollen lymph node (right neck)
-Floaters? perfect eye sight but random blobs
-Pressure around right ear - my biggest annoyance - if i apply any pressure to it such as wear a ball cap or sunglasses, it goes away
-Brain fog

We are not doctors so all we can do is offer suggestions. I tend to lean more toward allergies as well. My daughter has severe allergies and is allergic to almost everything in the environment. But before that I took her in because she had a swollen lymph node on her neck (under her jaw). She went in for an ultrasound of the lymph node and found that it had swollen to 2cm's and like you, hers wasn't painful; just noticeable. She then started on Allegra, Nasanex, Singulair and started a series of allergy shots. She has been having her allergy shots for about a year and a half and that is the only thing now she uses for her allergies because it controls it so well.

The brain fog can be from the Zyrtec. Try taking it at night to see if it helps. Zyrtec can cause drowsiness. I take mine at night and sometimes even still I notice a bit of brain fog from it.

Maybe you should go in for allergy testing to see what and if you are allergic to. Not to sure about the eye sight, have you had your vision checked?

Anything that happens with the eye's should be seen by your eye doctor,
make an appointment ask for a field vision check, but get checked and if
they find nothing he/she might know who to refer you out to...for the other stuff
that you have going on...So my opinion (I'm not a doctor) would be to seek
out the help of an eye doctor and then go from there...
Hope this info helps...
