We are not doctors so all we can do is offer suggestions. I tend to lean more toward allergies as well. My daughter has severe allergies and is allergic to almost everything in the environment. But before that I took her in because she had a swollen lymph node on her neck (under her jaw). She went in for an ultrasound of the lymph node and found that it had swollen to 2cm's and like you, hers wasn't painful; just noticeable. She then started on Allegra, Nasanex, Singulair and started a series of allergy shots. She has been having her allergy shots for about a year and a half and that is the only thing now she uses for her allergies because it controls it so well.
The brain fog can be from the Zyrtec. Try taking it at night to see if it helps. Zyrtec can cause drowsiness. I take mine at night and sometimes even still I notice a bit of brain fog from it.
Maybe you should go in for allergy testing to see what and if you are allergic to. Not to sure about the eye sight, have you had your vision checked?
