I'm on a prednisone regimen of 60 mg for a month for an autoimmune disease flareup. I play singles tennis. Anyone have any experience doing something as strenuous while taking 60 mg of prednisone?

When I ask the doctor, he really doesn't know. He's not too active. Maybe before I set up my match I should go out and hit and see if I still have the strength to play an entire match.

Any suggestions? yeah

You need to use caution with your tendons. Long term use of high steriods can cause problems with your tendons weakening and tearing easily.
