What should I do? When i was i kid i got asthma, and i have it till now. 10 months ago i got dyshidrotic eczema on my hand finger. Now i got eczema on my forehead, behind my ears, cheeks, elbows, finger, many spots on my arms and on one foot (had on both but now only one reacting). And recently i found out i have a food allergy to everything i was investigated for.
I only feel my asthma in my growth. Im not growing for 1 year at my 18's now. Not feeling anything in sports, breathing, lungs are good.
My eczema took place further than my finger 3 months ago. It was horrible looking in the mirror, acne on my facial plus red cheeks and forehead eczema, so i read all over the internet what causes it and how to clean the inside oxidants. So i ate started eating more different foods - lots of antioxidants, fruits, lemon juice, buckwheat. So It got worse. Before everything appeared i didnt watch anything i ate, i usually ate pasta/rice and sausages, potato chips, lots of chocolate, sweets, milk.
I couldnt wait much longer and i did a food intolerance test. It figured that im allergic to everything i was investigated for at a level "very low" and "low" the chocolate was highest - near average but still at "low". Its still has an effect on me.
So now i eat vitamin c pills, black bread with no preservatives, natural yogurt without preservatives, butter milk with bifidobacteria, potatoes, pork, soup also tried cereal and long loaf,
My allergy is not disappearing and i dont know what to do, im 18 years old and i still need heigh for normal life, im only 1.73 meter. Playing basketball, karate. Its definitely my allergies fault. Eczema is ruining my life
By the way i dont wash dishes, because of the eczema. I dont eat any citrus fruits, nuts, chocolate, sugar. I drink teas (mainly green tea) 1-2 times a day. I use non allergic cream for my face bepanthen and emolium kids cream for my eczema. I drink fish oil for omega 3, acetarin pills for my allergy relief.
And I can't see any result. Doctors no help, only giving me steroid creams that didnt help. My allergies goes ichier after a shower (even if no soup/shampoo + warm water) and before bed. I managed to heal my nose allergy and im good for few months.
I had been worse than this in my first years of life. I couldnt eat anything at all. No mother milk nothing. I ate oatmilk and got better. Then i somehow recovered to a healthier food state, only asthma bothered me for few years. Now my food intolerance shows allergy to oats.
Im calm and never itching the eczema, but as it goes worse, i die inside.

Please help!!!! shakehead

Eczema is a pest. My niece has it terrible. Her doctor put her on an antidepressent and predisone and it's beginning to clear some.
Just a suggestion try this for a week or two: no fish oil or green tea.
Even a low allergy can cause major problems if it builds up enough in your body.

I agree with joy, fish allergies are more common, try doing without the fish oil first,
to try to rule that one out, then try without the green tea, ect...
I sure hope your feeling better soon, and that
you can get some relief.

Trying without fish oils now, and no tea. Milk on my allergy list is almost lowest, so ill drink it, but maximum 1 glass a day. Yogurt and bread sandwiches helped me to improve a little bit on my acne, still have scars and few pimples but my friends said that i look bit better. Mostly eating rice now. But still getting horrible irritation on my eczema. finger and forehead is killing me, but im strong - never scratching.

Maybe anyone knows how could i get my immune system boosted up without citrus fruits, fruits and other usually allergic foods?? would really help me

Hi:

try reading the skin allergy entries which should give you some good advice. i happen to have it (eczema) too and it is a super drag.  what about an antihistamine?  i take allergra which is generic now.

take care

yes, i use the generic for the brand-name allegra...it does not make me sleepy. your body is creating all this histamine and this medicine counteracts that. there are over the counter ones too. talk to a pharmacist and see if she/he can help you.
