Whenever I consume soy I get a horrible headache that can last for days. This was never a problem 3 years ago, it's just slowly getting worse.

What are my options? Will immunotherapy work? Any supplements i can take to block this reaction? Do I have to consider drugs, if so which ones?

any help appreciated.

Usually with food type allergies the best route is avoidance. As far as I know, they can not do allergy injections for food based allergic reactions but maybe you should see an allergist to get tested.

Sherry's right. See an allergist, and supplements probably won't help.

Do you get headaches from eating anything else? Keeping a food log/diary with the date, time, what you ate and your reactions after 1 and 2 hours, maybe even a day in the case of headache reaction.

Food allergies can be acquired from eating a lot of a thing, or even inhaling pollen or dust from the food or seeds.
