Hi, I am a mom of a 16 year old son who refused to wear a medical id bracelet for his medical condition. We searched the web and found rockstarid .com - now he wears one that he actually loves. I feel better about him being out in the world knowing he has a chance of being identified if something went wrong. lucy8 yeah

Do you sell these ID bands or did you just find them? They are actually pretty stylish and cute :)

Hi Sherry, I wish I sold them. They are really different No, my son found them at the children's hospital where he goes for his checkups. It really fits his rocker persona. Lucy8

They make some really cute medical ID bands now. I got one for my daughter because of her severe allergies and it's quite stylish as well. Anything to make them feel good about wearing them huh? :)

Anyone knows where to get a band that you can list about half a page long of allergies and medical problems? :-)
If I listed everything I'd need at least 5 of the regular size bands.
I can't afford to join one of those programs where they keep a list and the hospital calls them.

Walgreens. They have a USB Thumb Drive Medical alert Bracelet now. You install the program on your computer, input all the data, upload it to the bracelet, put the bracelet on. You can update it anytime too. You'd die laughing and how long my stuff is. You can even upload a photo of you so they can easily identify you. I found mine very useful. I was in a severe asthma attack during medical testing last month, and they had to call paramedics. I took off my band and handed it to a paramedic he said "whats this?" I pointed to the medical alert symbol which everyone knows lol and he goes "ohh thanks I'll be right back" He went out came back with a list of my doctors, allergies, current medications, photo, diagnoses. It cost me $20 .

Wow, Smurfy! I had no idea such a thing existed! I ran into the same problem with my daughter, she is allergic to so many things but I didn't have room for all of it on her bracelet so I just put the most severe and that she has an epi pen. I am going to have to look into that. Thanks!

Thanks! I didn't know they existed either! ;-)
I'm going to see if my local Walgreens carry them or will order one for me.
