You can update it anytime too. You'd die laughing and how long my stuff is. You can even upload a photo of you so they can easily identify you. I found mine very useful. I was in a severe asthma attack during medical testing last month, and they had to call paramedics. I took off my band and handed it to a paramedic he said "whats this?" I pointed to the medical alert symbol which everyone knows lol and he goes "ohh thanks I'll be right back" He went out came back with a list of my doctors, allergies, current medications, photo, diagnoses. It cost me $20 .
