I'm new to this site. I have had asthma all my life and also hypothyroid for a couple of years. I'm in my 50s.  Im wondering if any of you guys can help me.  Lately I've been having a feeling like my windpipe is swollen. It feels different then my usual asthma symptoms.  I went for a complete physical.  My heart was checked with an ultrasound type machine, I had a pulmonary function test. Thyroid blood levels checked out ok  The doctor told me it's "probably" my asthma. I feel like I'm slowly being choked.

Have you ever been treated for acid reflux? Have an endoscope? Even if you have no symptoms of acid reflux you can still have it and not know it.
