It sounds like you're over drying your nose.
See a doctor ASAP.

With the nasal spray you use; do you use it for more then 3 days at a time? Sometimes the nasal sprays can make a stuffy nose worse if taken for longer then 3 days. You can also try using a humidifier in your room at night to counteract the dryness.

I suggest you stop all otc sinus meds except the saline and contact your doctor for a prescription strength nasal allergy med. They should even show you how to use it properly. You spray at an angle just on the inside of your nose so the solution doesn't go down into your throat. The saline is to clear the allergens from your nose so it (the allergens) doesn't irritate the sinus passages. It can also help clear some of the PND. At night or often thru out the day, you can gargle with warm salt water to clear your throat of the PND.

The use of decongestants can dry you out, even if your not using them everyday they are so
very drying out and could be whats making things worse, maybe contact an allergy/asthma
doctor for further help...Make sure your drinking plenty of water...even a doctor will say that...
Hope your feeling better soon, well wishes and keep us posted, okay..we do care...
