i've been having nausia for about 8 months now, doctors couldn't figure it out, I went to a specialest for a foods test, everything that had to do with dairy came up in the test, they think I could be intolerant to dairy or I might just have to much dairy in my system.

can somebody tell me what the feeling is like?

I have been out of school for a year now, my stomach is so upset that I cant even leave the house - I feel like throwing up constantly, I never actually throw up but i'm scared I will.

I can't be in hot rooms or I feel more sick - no car rides.

Is this lactose intolerant feeling?

The common primary symptoms of lactose intolerance are gastrointestinal include abdominal pain, diarrhea and gas.

Less common symptoms of lactose intolerance include abdominal bloating, abdominal distention and nausea.

I hope you get to the cause of your issues.

Your dairy issues could be from lactose (milk sugar), from casein (milk protein), or from both.  You might want to try goat dairy, as the protein molecules are smaller (more like human milk), and therefore are easier to digest.  I suggest staying away from soy milk because it is very high in estrogen, and that creates burdens the body doesn't need.  The reason Asians are so healthy is because of the sea vegetables they eat--these are high in selenium, and they absorb toxins like radiation and metals.
Best wishes!

What kind of doctor did you go to? What tests did they try? Have you tried lactose-free milk or alternatives? Milk products include cheese, ice cream and whey which is included in lots of processed foods.
