I have to sleep with a cpap machine and normally I'm fine with it even with my devated septum.
My problem is my nose has been so stuffy lately. cry
Also one side of my nose is constantly closing up close to bedtime. It's very hard to breathe with the cpap and a clogged nose. skull

I take zyrtec every morning for my allergies, but it's not helping me at night. I've been forced to take a benadryl at bedtime. This is not good for me, because it's causing my nose to get too dry. nono
Saline spray just doesn't cut it for me either. I even sleep with those strips you put on your nose to hold it open wider. shakehead

Any tips?

It seems you are doing what I would suggest. Perhaps you should call your doctor for advice because the only other thing I can think of is otc nasal sprays such as 4-way spray - however, anything that eases nasal inflammation can have a rebound effect if used longer than 3 days. Do you have a humidifier in your room? Maybe this can help?

My Cpap has a humidifier built in.
I also suffer from Lupus and am limited in what medicines I can take.
I guess I need to see my allergist or pulmonologist.
