Not everyone that has allergies has asthma, but when you do have asthma it's not a pleasant side effect! It can cause lots of problems, and can even cause death!! So it's very important that you are treated appropriately by your Dr. when this arises.

I have asthma myself and I always find myself reading and trying to learn as much as I can. So this is my way of passing along the info I glean.

Good information Teri! I was reading about
the triggers and it said high humidity was one! I was surprised about
that. I've watched my peak flow drop lower and lower these past couple days...finally dropped into the yellow zone last night. We've been having thunderstorms every day with very high humidity. Guess I found another trigger of mine. :D
