Hello everyone,
im 23 and i've always been an active girl, work outs 4 times a week and lately its just gone down hill since my mothers bad news of having chronic asthma. With that said how can I boost my energy and continue to have that will and power of being positive in everyway. I need to get back on track with staying in shape, and continue to have great energy. What do you all recommend???

Your mother is the one to be diagnosed with asthma, and you are complaining of not having the energy to work out?! Try having asthma, and get back with me on that. I, myself, have been diagnosed with severe asthma, and just a year ago, I was very, very active. Now, I have several meds to take, before I even think of lacing up running shoes or hitting the weights! Count your blessings, with your health being number one. You might also try getting your mother to take up exercise, once she has had her asthma stabilized.

Im not technically complaining, having your mother live thousands of miles away from you and all of a sudden they tell you something like that It takes all energies to worry. I know you have asthma and all but its kind of hard to be on the other side of the shoes too. With worryness, Lack of sleep ect its kind of draining. Im really lacking on energy and with so many test for her on the way its hard to worry about other things. I just want a boost of energy to keep me going throughout the day.

Also yess well said, thats one of my ideas to get my mother working out a little every other day once she is stable with everything. Maybe her energies will turn around and make her feel better.
