Does anyone care to offer opinion of a diagnosis for the following symptoms?

Sores and scabs in the right nostril only
Flaky, dry skin in the left ear only
Extreme acne on forehead, chin and around nose

I have NEVER had acne problems until now.

All these symptoms started about three months ago.
The acne is very runny puss, not like some zits can be hard.
They always come to a head and ooze after till they scab over.  The majority of them have like a pit or core to them, as long as I can squeeze the pit out, it goes away, if I don't get it out it's like the zit refills????  I know this is weird, but this is what happens.

Just this week it looks like I am getting a sty on my right eyelid.
I feel like I have some sort of facial infection, maybe a staff infection?

Has anyone else had these problems?  shakehead

I couldn't even begin to guess. I'm sorry you are going thru this. Have you been to the doctor yet?

Strongly suggest consulting a board-certified Dermatologist.

Sores in the nose often are from bacterial infection, and a topical antibacterial ointment should clear that up.

The zits sound nasty, but also may be bacterial. The Dermatologist should be able to help with that also. A low-glycemic index diet (total carbs minus sugars = glycemic index) may reduce the "food" that the bacteria thrive on. Or there could be a hormonal issue (too much cortisol, etc.) at the root of the pimples if it isn't a bacterial rash.

The flaky rash in the ear sounds either fungal or allergic. Might try sleeping on a different pillow, or try different shampoo. Sulfate sensitivity can cause flaky rashes from things like shampoos and soaps because of the sodium laurel/laureth sulfate foaming agent common in many of these products. Look for "sulfate-free" shampoos and soaps at a local health food store or online.

In any case, a good Dermatologist should be able to sort it all out for you.
