Hello, All:

I had a painful strange Attack of some sort. I was laying in bed last night. Chest hurting and tight. I feel lightheaded. I did not goto the hospital. What was that?

Sounds like it could be some kind of Asthma attack - suggest you go to your doctor for evaluation. They can test you to see if you have Asthma.

Also, if you have dust mite allergies, bedding is a common location for dust mites to hang out. There are things you can do to reduce allergens in the bedroom, such as making sure to wash your sheets/pillow cases frequently (and blankets too!), vacuuming regularly, and perhaps purchasing an air filter (HEPA is best) for your bedroom.

Thanks...Razzle....I just have not been feeling very well these past days. Really tired and sick to my stomach.
Always have a backup plan.
