Yes I have the same symptoms if not more.
So did you find out the answer?
For me I'm pretty sure its allergies that are triggering your asthma. Why? Well while living in my home town I slowly developed these aches and pains in those similar areas you were describing. I started to loose alot of sleep soI finally I went to the dr. The doctor said I had asthma and he diagnosed the type of asthma as allergic asthma.
I was skeptical because I dont have symptoms besides the pain and the medication provided (albuterol and a controler) did not provide relief to any of my symptoms.
Recently I went to Hawaii and I noticed my breathing became really delicious. There was no pain and breathing became much easier to the point where I didn't notice I was breathing at all.
I came back home and within 8 days my ribs feel like they are being compressed and those breathing pains came back.
So tell me, are you aware of every breath you take? If so, my guess is your breathing is obstructed. Most likey do to asthma. The next piece of the puzzle is what is triggering your asthma? For me I'm guessing its the allergy season or possibly dust but I'm going to try and confirm this tomorrow.
I'd really consider your diet and possibly elimate things from your diet. Consider acid reflux to also be a possible issue. Consider having a CBC performed to test your iron levels/mineral levels for defficiencies. I'd also ask an allergist to start performing some allergy tests because you could of simply developed an allergy to something in your home/area.
