I normally post on the UC site for my son, but I actually have severe seasonal hayfever that I thought I would post about
Every spring I suffer for 2 months and then again in the fall for 2 months.  Its been like this for 20+ years and NOTHING works for me.  Besides the eyes and nose issues, my bronchitis is so bad that I can't stop coughing, It feels like I"m breathing through a straw.
Anyway, after using every med option out there and shots, I'm now looking at alternatives.  I found Stinging Nettle and plan to use it today.  Has anyone used this and found success from it?  Thanks.
