We're not doctors here, so we can only tell you what has worked for us. I'm not sure what you mean by "tingle." Reacting to everything seems like something's going on, but maybe not an allergy. It sounds like a case for an allergist.
To help the allergist out, you could keep a food journal. You can look up lots of older posts about that by putting the words in the search box at the top of the page.
Cheese and vit C could be allergens. Do you have a problem with rice, pears or lamb? Those are supposed to be less of a problem. My allergist had me on them while I was doing food challenges, which is something you can do after you have a list of foods you think you are sensitive or allergic to. That's another subject on which I have posted in the past - try the search box.
