Hi I'm new here. I just got diagnosed with Mild Asthma last month. I think it's mild persistent. I should be put on controllers in a week. I was just wondering what other mild asthmatics symtoms feel like and when they use there reliever inhaler. Are you on controllers? What controllers do you think I will be put on? do you use a peak flow or have an asthma action Plan? My doctor didn't give me these.

Hi.  Not sure what is classified as mild asthma.  For me though, I'm totally fine most of the time, but any hint of a cold sets off my asthma where I get this constant tickly cough.  So I don't take anything on a daily basis, but take advair 2x a day when my cough is acting up.

Ulcerative Colitis 1988, had colon removed and now jpouch
Now sufer from sacroiliitis and inflammation of piriformis muscle causing sciatica like pain during flare ups. Joints very bad...take celebrex when needed.
