I've had asthma for years, but until now, it's only been triggered after I get a cold (every time, no matter how bad or little the cold is).  I get this tickly cough that won't stop.  I take advair, but it takes a bit to help.
The last few weeks, I've noticed the tickle in my throat with coughing but there is no cold.  The other thing is that when I do aerobic exercise like the elliptical (which is hard as I have joint problems, but that's another story), that as soon as my breathing increases, I get the uncontrollable cough and wheezing.
Anyone else get this?  And if so, is there anything I can do about it?  I currently only take the advair when needed.
Ulcerative Colitis 1988, had colon removed and now jpouch
Now sufer from sacroiliitis and inflammation of piriformis muscle causing sciatica like pain during flare ups. Joints very bad...take celebrex when needed.
Also suffer from asthma (only triggered when I get a cold) and stuffed sinuses.
