I’ve started taking Rinocort (budesonide) to help with hay fever… But since I started I’ve gone from having a stuffy nose to having a runny nose and massive amounts of sneezing.

I had a virus last week, (sore throat, really high fever) so I’m not sure if it’s just a follow on from the virus, or another virus (I work with kids… They like me so they come to me when they’re sick. I’m starting to think I should turn into an ogre so they go to someone else, lol).

Has anyone else had this happen?

The drainage is causing irritation thus the sneezing.
Just blow a lot to clear it out and use saline spray to wash out your nose.

...It'd be nice if it could drain in a way that didn't result in pulled tummy muscles, lol.
I've woken up with a cold this morning (stupid kids) but my nose is actually clearing and not staying like it's been filled with concrete… So I’m guessing the rhinocort has kept the inflammation down at least.

Between that and the Fess saline spray I might just survive this without my head exploding.
