Obviously, I can't type whilst on a phone.
I have noticed with me certain foods actually trigger my migraines. I took a note pad from the Dollar Tree and wrote "Food/Drink" on the outside. I recordered the day, date, time, what I ate and drank and then if a migraine came I wrote that down too on the proper date, time so on. Every Friday I sat down and looked for when a migraine would start that week and look for something common. That next week I'd eliminate one thing only from my diet and see if I got a migraine. I'd add it back on the third week seeing whats happening with me. Because I did that I have found I get a migraine from too many bananas, too many chocolates (which is funny cuz I'm not much of a chocolate eater unless its just that one week of a month) and too much soda triggers those migraines. Because a migraine occurs it doesn't mean its a food allergy. It just is a trigger. More like an intolerance. Allergy to food or drinks is like you give hives or your airway closing because of how swollen it is (sorry I can't spell the word I want)
