allerfic reaction to z pack

So I have taken 2 days of the zpack, which I have taken forever,, now I have a massive rash. Just started taking steriods. However not working  should I go to ER

If your breathing is not compromised, perhaps start on Benedryl to help with the rash. If that doesn't work, than yes you should head to the ER. If you are having trouble breathing or if your throat and/or lips start to swell, get to the ER immediately!

Oh and stop taking the Z-pack and let your doctor know.
