Hi Everyone,
I'm usually in the fibromyalgia forum but I also deal with asthma symptoms and allergies. I'd like to share with you what has helped me. I use to suffer with them year round.
I take supplements to strengthen my immune system.
I eat a healthy diet to keep my immune system strong.
I stay away from passive cigarette smoke.
I stay away from pets.
I can't be around a lot of dust.
If I have diary products my allergy and asthma symptoms become much worse. I heard from a doctor years ago that dairy products increase a person's phlegm which makes allergy and asthma symptoms worse.
Fibromyalgia, CFS, MCS, scoleosis, herniated disks, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, sjorgens, sleep apnea, asthma, headaches. I am on a regiment of different supplements including sleep supplements, I eat very nutritiously, and ever since my injury years ago I have been doing prescribed stretches x2 daily.
