Sulphite intolerence-coated tongue

Hi does anybody that has sulphite intolerence and problems with a yellow coating on there tongue,just wondered if it was linked.Seen my dentist,gp and both say nothing can be done,i do smoke have given up in the past but it didnt clear up, i dont drink alcohol these days and same thing hasnt improved any.Be intrested to hear from fellow sulphite intolerent sufferers.Thanks Paul

Any time there is a coating on the tongue, one should consider fungal or bacterial infections. Smoking cessation, while beneficial, won't clear up an infection. Strongly suggest consulting a Naturopathic or Integrative Physician for assistance with the tongue issue, as most main-stream MD's have no training in this.

And no, it's not likely related to the sulfite issue... I have no tongue coating, but definitely have a sulfite intolerance...
