Is it possible for seasonal allergies to cause muscle pain. Since the pollen count has been so high, I have muscular pain in my neck, back and shoulders. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, allergies can cause this. Suggest a daily antihistamine (such as Claritin, Zyrtec, etc.) if you aren't already taking any. And Magnesium is also great for relaxing muscles, with the bonus effect of improving Asthma (if you have it).

For the first time during this allergy season, I had an ear infection that caused vertigo. I went on antibiotics and the ear doesn't hurt anymore, but when I'm sitting down I feel as if my body is moving. The only way to make the feeling go away is to walk around.
