It seems like there is a lot of info out there recently about this substance and I have been considering that I may be allergic to it or get sick from it. I see a correlation between when I started having many health problems and when I started drinking an organic nutritional meal replacement shake. As I began to feel more unhealthy and had appetite loss (among other problems), I've used even more of these drinks to maintain calorie intake but I think they are making me worse. I will probably cut these out of my diet and try to find another shake instead.
Has anyone had experiences with carageenan or reactions to it personally?
