Today I noticed red spots on my legs. They are at the bottom and look like a cross between pimples and hives. Only thing is that they are flat, I can't feel them when touched. They don't itch either. I know it isn't from direct contact to anything, it's not bug bites either. Anyone know what they are or what type of allergy may have caused them?

The bottom of that leg is warm compared to other leg, never noticed that before.

It looks like spots at random right above the ankle to about two/three inches above. There is no texture to feel. And no other spots on my body but that area.

They look a lot like hives but like I said above, there is no texture to feel and the spots don't overlap each other.

I forgot to mention that allegra seems to take most of it away but other allergy meds over the counter don't work on it at all. I also feel ill and achy when it happens.

I get those a lot when on my feet for long time.
Do your legs swell any?

If so you may have an autoimmune issue happening. Talk to your doctor about this as soon as possible.
