I am 41 yrs old have a wonderful supportive husband. I have Fibromyalgia, Asthma, Allergies, IBS, Insomnia, TMJ, Migraines, Vasovagal Syncope, Mitral valve prolapse, and costocrondritis. I suffer with what they call dry asthma. I take Advair 250/50 twice a day, singulair once per day, Combivent and Albuterol inhalers as needed. Currently, it is under control. Suffering with bad flare up with the fibro, migraine, and TMJ.

I am so excited that I have found this support group. I have been here about a week and have gained so much more understanding about my illnesses. I look forwarding to chatting with all soon.

May God bless your day,

Tee

Hiya Tee!

Welcome to the Allergies and Asthma board!

I've never heard the term "dry asthma" before. Can you explain that to me?

It actually sounds like you are right on top of things and are controlling your symptoms well! smile

I'm going out on a limb here, cuz as Lil mentioned, I've never heard of "Dry Asthma" - is it because you are not wheezing when you have it? Please let us know more about this diagnosis, I'd be very interested in hearing about it!
