I have spent my whole life feeling crap, little motivation, bloating stomach,no memory, black sullen eyes, dermititus on face, head aches and a host of other things. Due to the fact I wasn't dying doctors don't seem that interested especially when their tests all come back negative. I only found out because I kept having a bad reaction to alchol. Really laboured breathing for about half an hour
I also have a bright blotchy red neck. Most people think it is sun burn.
For the last 3 weeks I have been on a sulfite and salicylates free diet plus mollydbeum ,vit B12 inections, and vit c. Since then my bloating has gone my eyes are not black at all and all the flakey white skin has gone from my face. My memory for peoples names is getting much better. Even my neck is only a pink colour rather than bright red. But my energy and motivation is still low. Will this improve or do I need to take something to give me a boost.

Welcome Trevor.

I hope you are keeping a food diary like Worried does. It helps loads with the diagnosis.

Some people on the forum have a true sulfite allergy. It sounds like a possibility for you too. Housemouse has a good website that might help you, especially since she has the skin reactions.
http://www.housemouse.com/sulfites.htm Click down the page to her story. Many skin products, detergents and such contain sulfites. I think she has a list.

Trevor,

Look into Adrenal Fatigue, and also Methylation Support. May need to consult an Integrative or Naturopathic Physician for help with this.
