Hi Cinder, welcome to Healing Well! I'm sorry that you are going through this. We aren't doctors, so we can't really tell you what is. Sounds like you should keep going to the doctor.

Hi cinderwinder1121, yes better seek a professional help, a doctor to be sure. But in my opinion its not asthma. when you're coughing drink a cough syrup and don't follow it with water so the syrup will stay in your throat. Humidifiers help in relieving most of the respiratory issues such as coughing and colds

Well my question is do you have a rescue inhaler? Does it help you when you use it if you do? As for the burping/cough, do you ever get heart burn? Have you tried taking a tums? I have anxiety that I just recently got diagnosed with as well&&asthma, I have a hard time telling them apart sometimes too, I've been to a million doctors && specialists, it seems like whichever doctor you go to you end up having something new! So I would just see what relieves your symptoms for now&& try to just stay calm about anxiety because it can make everything seem real shifty. Just schedule an appointment with you pcp & hopefully you can feel better afterwards (:

They say asthma and heart attack is quite similar in symptoms, im not saying its a heart attack that you were experiencing esp you're too young but give it a few thoughts that it might be a heart problem too? burping long can also be a problem.try the natural way of treating it. filter the air you're breathing and exercise, better consult a doctor.
