Hi everyone
I am new to this so sorry for bothering you if I have.
It started off with a very light cold, blocked ears, nose etc.
Anyway the next week my symptoms were strange, almost to the point i cant explain them but il try my best.
After the cold I started having suaver pressure in my head, if i laid down frontwards id have it in the front of my head and if i laid on my back id get it on my back of my head as well as having pain in my both eyes and slightly bloodshot during the day. As the days went by the pressure eased slightly but still was there, maybe this was be been paranoid but anyway it was still there. The pressure then changed side to the left side of my head and the rear of my eye, the pressure and throbbing particularly above the left ear and eye. I also felt nausea's particularly in the morning.
During the day it would usually get better but if i looked on my phone or tv for long periods it would start to hurt again but as well as this, throughout the day i would feel strange and slightly unbalanced and faint although i wouldnt faint.
I do have a very sensitive nose to pollutants and i do suffer from headaches.
Thank you

It maybe a sinus infection, if I were you I would go to the doctor and tell them what you have told us and see what they say. Its hard not to freak when your head is off but that's what I feel when I have a sinus infection and it won't go away on its own. I hope this helped and you get better soon. P.s you are not bothering anyone, we are all Here to help and strengthen each other.
I believe that deep breathing, talking to someone and journaling can get us through anything in life. Remember that we ALL have the right to live happy and healthy, NO MATTER WHAT.
