I'm not sure what I have. I went to the Dr. a month ago and diagnosed with acute sinusitis and bronchitis. I went through several boxes of tissues from nasal drainage, sneezing and watery eyes.
Antibiotics helped a lot but still feel blah. Post nasal drip keeps my chest a little congested and my throat stays irritated. He prescribed fluticasone spray. It hasn't helped.
I went back to Dr and be said it was allergy rhinitis. I do not have a runny nose which seems to accompany that diagnosis. I feel that the post nasal drip is making me crazy. :) I was reading on LPS and I seem to match several symptoms. I have stressed over this daily!! Has anyone had anything similar? He is sure it's sinus/allergy related but I'm not so sure. I'm 37 and never really had problems with allergies. I haven't felt good in a month!

Have you tried a sinus lavage? You can get a kit at any pharmacy (NeilMed is the one we use). It will absolutely help with clearing your sinuses.

You can try taking an OTC antihistamine like cetirizine to see if that helps (it might). And if you live in a place where it's cold outside and your heater is running, check the filters on your blower (change them) and consider using a humidifier while you sleep.

Does benadryl help? What if any allergy medications have you tried? does mucinex help? Maybe try one of these first and start a journel to help getting a dx...
What is LPS? Make sure your getting plenty of water daily to help break all that mucus down...Saline nasal spray might also help...
Keep us posted on how your doing...
