hi there everyone

this might not be the right place to post this, however i can't find the right section. I don't suffer from anything serious at the moment apart from a little asthma time to time, anxiety. nothing major. i'll address my problems later while i focus on my mum and sister for now instead. so my twin sister has from mild acne occasionally, asthma and sensitive skin..doesn't drink or smoke so generally healthy person who watches what goes in her body. i've learnt so much about aloe vera benefit just not sure how to apply it...

i'm here after reading so much on aloe vera posted by members of this forum hoping to learn some more about the great benefits of the plant. I've been reading up on it lately have tons of info on it , how to process etc

I'm just lacking confidence in using as i don't know anyone personally using it. so if you guys could share your experience with aloe vera, post your recipes etc please i'd be very grateful.

I have an aloe vera plant & some 200x aloe vera gel freeze dried powder.

Any ideas on how to treat acne? has anyone used the powder before. lots of info on the gel out there but little for powder. its a pure concentrate from the plant that's dried and frozen and very strong.

i've never used this plant before. Thanks for looking..

talk soon
